During our stay at the JW Marriott in Shenzhen, we experienced exceptional service in the Executive Lounge. The team led by Coco went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and catered to our preferences. They remembered our breakfast and drink preferences and always had smiles on their faces. We even received personalized service from the chef, who made us a special omelette. The staff in the Executive Lounge truly made our stay memorable.

We were impressed by the prompt and thoughtful service provided by the staff at the executive lounge on the 28th floor. Chef Nikky went above and beyond, not only ensuring the dishes were suitable for our dietary preferences but also taking the time to explain the food types. He even personally checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal. This level of service made our stay at Jw Marriott truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like a world, class spa and indoor swimming pool. the service here is impeccable and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Dining at the restaurant is a treat with delicious menus and in, room breakfast. the private facilities are divine and offer a true escape.

There was one minor issue with the Wi, Fi at this hotel, which can be frustrating for business travelers. the staff were quick to respond to the problem and did their best to rectify it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Omni Walk shopping mall, making it easy to find great dining options. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the young boys at the front door who assisted me with paying taxi fees. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, including both Western and local dishes. The spacious rooms and fantastic beds provided a comfortable stay.

Great wellness facilities with spacious gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and two swimming pools. Memorable stay with birthday surprise and sweet treats in room. Will definitely return.

The rooms at JW Marriott were clean, modern, and spacious. We loved the electric shades in the bathroom and the comfortable bed. The fast internet and well-equipped exercise room were also a plus. The hotel's two pools looked amazing, even though we didn't have the chance to swim. The location near a park and shopping mall was convenient, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Great stay overall. Enjoyed the excellent facilities and amazing service. the location was perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall and local restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city skyline. the breakfast was outstanding and had a wide range of options, including fresh fruits and juices.

The elevators were not functioning well during peak times, which resulted in long waiting times. the noise level from the street was somewhat loud in the morning, which interrupted my sleep.

In, room breakfast was fabulous, and the bar area had plenty of drink options.

The outdoor pool area needed more attention the only negative aspect was the outdoor pool area , it was noticeable that some of the furniture wasn't in perfect condition. this hotel is a great place to stay and provides a luxurious experience.
